The Greenskin is a Warhammer Online blog bringing you the latest news, advice, and webcomics from the Age of Reckoning. We’re a fansite eagerly anticipating the release of EA Mythic’s new MMORPG but that doesn’t mean we’ll act like fanboys. Expect us to be critical at times if we see or hear something we don’t like!

The Authors

Snafzg - The primary writer, editor, and webcomic developer for The Greenskin, his online gaming career began in 1996 with MUME (Multi-Users in Middle Earth, a Tolkien based PvP MUD). He may have started out as an Elven assassin, but it wasn’t long before he was lured to the darkie side and rolled an Orkish shaman named Malak. This taste of online, player versus player gaming eventually led him into several MMORPGs, including Everquest, Dark Age of Camelot, Star Wars: Galaxies, and World of Warcraft. He spent three years in DAOC with the Vegr guild (Nimue) and two more years in WoW with Enmity (Shattered Hand).

Sam- Known also as Cicadymn (Sick-A-Dim, meaning Cicadas Hymn) has been addicted to being online for quite some time now. Currently he is twenty and is attending college for IT. In his free time he loves to play all sorts of games and experiment with new ideas. He started back on an old machine that he quickly had to learn how to make work. After it got to the point where it could play games, he found himself immersed in different games of all varieties. After viewing a commercial for Everquest his experience with MMO’s finally began. Although he never got to far in Everquest, still being rather young at the time, he moved on to more and more games, playing different FPS’s, RTS’s, and other MMO’s such as Planetside, Eve Online, WoW, and Tabula Rasa. He prides himself on being able to learn the class he plays and actually being effective with it. Although he isn’t ever in the highest-end raiding or other large commitment guilds, he spends most of his time playing with friends and just doing what games are made for. Having a good time.

NoneSuch (autobiography pending) - An active member of the Warhammer Alliance forums with a passion for greenskins. He’s so knowledgeable about them that he was asked by Snafzg to write for the Greenskin Lore section of this site.

Bo - Starting out with basic muds like Realms of Thoth and even Paul Barnett’s Legends of Terris in 1996 and ending with World of Warcraft and Tabula Rasa he has experience with just about every mainstream MMORPG throughout their fast paced history. An avid PvPer and raider in numerous games with a tendency to strive to be the best at what class he plays. To be one of the best you have to understand the game your playing. You also end up with more opinions then one man should possess.
