The Challenge…
May 8, 2008 – 4:52 pmOkay, so this is probably as far off topic as you’ll find on this blog but I just had to share…
Five minutes ago I received a phone call from my band-mate (we’re on hiatus atm-long story…). He tells me that he’s been asked by his brother’s best friend to record an acoustic cover for his wedding. He asks if I’d like to help out with it. Keep the tempo but acoustify it… make it a bit softer, but not “too girly.”
“Sounds cool,” I say. “What song?”

Right now I’m trying to wrap my head around how in the flying hell we’re going to make it happen. In true fashion, he’s known about The Challenge for some time, but has been sitting on it. The wedding is apparently coming up soon… Any suggestions?
