The Greenys: Half-way there (update #2)!

I added up and posted the latest voting scores for each of the sites nominated for a 2007 Greeny Award! There has been quite a lot of shuffling since last week, so have a look to see where your favorite sites rank! There are two weeks of voting left. The voting period closes on February 11, 2008 at midnight EST, at which point I will disable comments and post the winners a few days later.

Of note:

I have disqualified Paul Barnett’s blog from placing during this award’s season and will give him an honorary Greeny instead! His site does not meet the criteria which I have defined for the BLOG/COMMENTARY category, yet he’s been decimating all competition in that category due to his popularity as a developer. If you actually read his blog, it does not even come close to matching the amount of dynamic WAR content you’ll find on any other sites in his category, and it’s actually more of a personal blog rather than a fan blog. He still deserves recognition, hence the honorary award, but he shouldn’t steal first place away from sites that better fit the BLOG/COMMENTARY description.
