… And the Winners Are!

This weekend was nearly a disaster because this is what I saw when I went to order the MMO Calendars for the five comment contest winners:

Sales of MMO Calendar 2008 have finally closed.

We left it open as long as possible due to the wonderful response this year, but we had to place the order or you wouldn’t get it this year ha-ha.

The order has been placed and the calendars will be getting printed in a couple days.

After picking my jaw up off the keyboard, I immediately began typing a frantic email to MMO Portal in the hopes that I could sneak in a tardy order. I was extremely relieved when Chris, the CEO of MMO Portal, got back to me stating that they always order a few extra copies just in case there are any last minute orders. He was amazingly helpful, and truly saved the day. PHEW!

With the situation resolved, I was finally able to break the good news to the following five comment contest winners:

Each of them should soon receive a fancy, new MMO Calendar just in time for the new year and they also have a chance to win, amongst other great sponsor prizes, a Warhammer Online beta key!

The Greenskin’s launch has been much more successful than I could have imagined and for that, I thank each and every one of my visitors these past few weeks. It has been a lot of fun and I’m sure it will be a lot more fun in the future.
